Q. Can it be possible to make custom fitting garment?
, we follow the universal S,M,L,XL sizing format. To know which size will fit you best, just follow our size guide given in every product section.
Unfortunately at this point, it is not possible for us to tailor custom sizes
Q. Do you offer alterations?
You can take your purchase to any of our city stores and our expert staff can arrange to have the necessary alterations made. Charges may apply.
Q. Are your online collections & in-store collections the same?
The collections that we house in-store and our online collection are about 90% same. We do have exclusive collections designed only for our e-shop and also exclusive promotional rates on select products online.

Q. I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?
Yes, at the time of checkout please enter the correct address in India that you the ordered delivered to.

Courier companies usually call the customer to check their availability. In case the delivery fails, the parcel is re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.
Q. Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details.

No. You have to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

We offer free packaging and shipping on all orders.

Once your shipment is booked from our side you will be receiving a system generated mail with courier details. You can track your order status using the same details on the respective courier's website.
Q. What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
We ensure a standard 4 - 10 business days delivery time our orders depending upon the location. In the event of a delay, you will be intimated of the same.
Q. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

No, unfortunately we don't currently accept cheque or demand draft payments.
Q. What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank.
Q. What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?
If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and in such a case we refund the amount.
Q. Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
No, there's no limit.

Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.
Q. What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. You need to get in touch with the customer support immediately.
