Once your order is shipped, you will receive an intimation of delivery and a link to track your package. Our orders are typically delivered within the stipulated 3-14 business days however, there maybe delays due to national and public holidays. However, the exchanged item must be in unused, unsoiled condition with all tags & labels intact. The exchange must be done within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Note : No returns, exchange available for sale products subject to availability.
In the unhappy event that you need to return merchandise you have ordered from us, we provide refund under the following circumstances:
- Product not similar to the display
- Damaged during the transit
- Delivered after the estimated shipping date
- Colour bleeding, shrinkage or any other glaring quality issues
However, the products returned must be in unused, unsoiled condition with all tags & labels intact. The return must be done within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on discounted items.
